Nebraska Lottery RFP Overview
March 30, 2020--The Nebraska Lottery is issuing a Request for Proposals for a primary vendor of Instant and Online Games and Related Services.
The successful qualified and experienced vendor will receive a multi-year contract to provide Instant ticket printing and distribution and Online games, and related systems and equipment to a network of at least 1,200 locations statewide.
Related systems and equipment include, but are not limited to: sales/validation retail terminals and associated messaging and convenience peripherals, networking and communications systems, redundant transaction processing systems, field sales support, field technical services support, warehousing and distribution, business analytics and promotional marketing support, and inventory management software (including Instant tickets, draw game consumables, POS materials, promotional premium items, and equipment).
Submissions should propose robust, reliable, and efficient methods of sourcing equipment and products and associated services. The term of the contract resulting from this RFP will commence on July 1, 2021.
