What are you doing New Year’s Eve? If you play Powerball this summer, you could be in New York City to ring in 2020.
Starting July 15, vouchers for the First Powerball Millionaire of the Year New Year’s Rockin’ Eve promotion will print with every $3 Powerball with Power Play purchase. Voucher numbers can be entered online at nelottery.com for a chance to win one of three VIP trip experience packages to New York City and the opportunity to win $1 million LIVE on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve.
Players will receive one voucher for each Powerball purchase of $3 or more on a single ticket with the Power Play option. For example, a $6 Powerball Power Play purchase on the same ticket will receive two voucher numbers; and a $9 Powerball Power Play purchase will receive three voucher numbers; and so on. Eligible ticket purchases can have up to five plays and a maximum of 12 weeks’ worth of drawings.

PRIZES & DRAWING INFORMATION
Three drawings will be held August 12, September 9, and October 1, to select a total of three winners. Voucher numbers can be entered at any time, but will only be eligible for the drawing immediately after the entry period when the number was entered.

Each winner will receive a New Year’s Rockin’ Eve VIP Experience to New York City December 29, 2019, to January 1, 2020, a prize value of $22,500 which consists of a $15,000 trip package, federal tax withholding $5,400, state tax withholding $1,125, and $975 cash.
The VIP Experience, fulfilled by Dick Clark Productions, includes:
- Roundtrip airfare for two (2) to New York City
- Three (3) night hotel stay at the Crowne Plaza Times Square Manhattan hotel
- Two (2) tickets to an iconic theater performance;
- Two (2) tickets for a holiday dinner cruise on the Hudson River;
- Two (2) tickets for an exclusive New Year’s Eve dinner and party;
- Two (2) gift bags, each with a retail value of at least $100;
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) while in NYC;
- $250 spending money; and
- Ground transportation to and from airports, hotel and activities while in NYC.
Additionally, all lottery winners will be eligible for the First Millionaire of the Year drawing LIVE on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve show.
HOW TO ENTER
During the promotion, every Powerball Power Play purchase of $3 or more on one ticket will generate an entry voucher. On the entry voucher there will be a seven-digit Prize Voucher number. Enter this Prize Voucher number by 11:59 p.m. CT on September 30, 2019, using your MVP Club membership at nelottery.com for one entry.

Entry vouchers are required for contest prize verification and should be retained until the contest has ended and prizes have been awarded. Winners who cannot provide their entry vouchers for verification will be disqualified.
Winners will be contacted by a Nebraska Lottery representative following the drawing. Winners will be posted on this page after their entry vouchers have been received for verification. Voucher numbers from the winning entries will not be posted.
