Nebraska Passport Second-Chance Promotion
The Nebraska Passport Program is coming back for the 9th year, and the Nebraska Lottery is increasing its Passport partnership with a new $2 Nebraska Passport Scratch game and Second-Chance Promotion. Enter non-winning Nebraska Passport tickets for a chance to win one of five Nebraska vacation prizes.
How to Play:
Submit a non-winning $2 Nebraska Passport Scratch ticket online at nelottery.com using your MVP Club account. Each eligible Scratch ticket can only be entered once.

Drawings:
There will be five drawings. Each drawing prize is a different Nebraska destination getaway package valued at $1,200. Getaway packages will come in the form of vouchers or gift certificates from the Nebraska Tourism Commission and each individual getaway destination plus cash and Lottery coupons.

Entries will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. CT on the last day of each entry period. Tickets will only be eligible in the drawing for which they were entered, and will not be carried forward to any future drawings.
The actual tickets from which numbers are submitted are required for contest prize verification and should be retained until the contest has ended and prizes have been awarded. Winners will be posted on this page after their entry tickets have been received for verification. Winners who cannot provide their entry tickets for verification will be disqualified.
Winners will be contacted by a Nebraska Lottery representative following the drawing. MVP Club members are responsible for updating their profile and contact information to make sure it is current. Incomplete or inaccurate information may lead to direct forfeiture of any prize an MVP Club member may win.
