Omaha Woman Wins $22,000 Playing 2by2
Patricia Niedert of Omaha won $22,000 playing 2by2 from the Nebraska Lottery.
Niedert received her winning ticket from Mega Saver located at 3402 S. 42nd St. in Omaha. She received the quick pick ticket as a prize from a previous 2by2 play. The ticket contained the winning Red ball numbers (17,19) and White ball numbers (3,20) from the August 16 drawing for $22,000.
Niedert will use the money to cover the expense of home remodeling. “I need a new roof for my house and cement repair. It’s going to be handy,” she said. “Life happens and you have got to pay for it.”
Two hundred and forty-three Nebraska Lottery players have won the 2by2 top prize to date. The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 105,625. The overall odds of winning any prize in 2by2, which is also offered in Kansas and North Dakota, are 1 in 3.59.
