AMBER ALERT ISSUED

July 14, 2005--A child has been abducted from Lincoln in/near NE Nebraska. The Lincoln Police Department is looking for a child who was last seen at 3616 N St Paul Avenue, Lincoln Nebraska and is believed to be in danger. The child's name is Earl M "Troy" Hayes III.

He is a 5 year old, male with short, Black hair and was last seen wearing a pair of Black and Blue Nike Shorts.

The child may be in the company of Earl Madison Hayes Jr, BM age 27. They may be traveling in a green Mid 90s 4 dr sedan Kansas plates numerals unknown that was last seen heading to Topeka Kansas.
