Brown purchased her winning ticket at Pump & Pantry #37 at 495 Saint Libory Ave. in Saint Libory. Brown added the Double Play feature to her Powerball ticket for $1and the numbers matched four of the five white balls drawn on March 30 (29, 41, 42, 67, 68) and the Powerball (08) for a $50,000 win.
Brown said she’s been playing the Double Play option since the Nebraska Lottery began offering it and the staff knows her pretty well.
“I took it into the store and had them check it for me,” she said. “The clerk saw $50,000 come up and said, ‘Are you kidding me?”
Brown said she’s planning to use her winnings to pay off some bills.
