Omaha Man Wins $100,000 Playing $100,000 Crossword Craze
Bradley Clark of Omaha won $100,000 playing $100,000 Crossword Craze, the Nebraska Lottery $10 Scratch game.
Clark purchased his winning ticket at Midtown Gas & Grocery at 2302 S 13th Street in Omaha.
Clark said he’s had a string of bad luck lately. He lost his job and he needed to have back surgery just a couple of weeks ago.
“Oh, man, I can’t believe it,” he said, looking at the big check the lottery gives to winners. “I always wanted to hold one of these.”
A $10 Scratch game, $100,000 Crossword Craze offers players a chance to win prizes from a free $10 ticket to $100,000. The chances of winning $100,000 are one in 172,000, while the odds of winning any prize were one in 3.30.
