Crete Man Wins Sixth Big Pick 3 Prize
Froilan Finley of Crete won $5,000 playing Pick 3 from the Nebraska Lottery.
Finley purchased his tickets at Crete Foodmart, located at 925 Main Street in Crete. Finley had two identical tickets, each with four straight bet plays and one box bet, all with the numbers 9-0-5 selected. Each ticket matched the October 8 Pick 3 numbers (09, 00, 05) and won Finley $2,500 for a total of $5,000.
Finley is no stranger here at the Nebraska Lottery office. It took a while for it to happen, but he made it back for his sixth big check since 2020.
Between May and October of 2020, Finley won big three times on Pick 3 tickets for a total of $7.900. With a 2021 win of $1,300 and a $1,200 win in 2022.
After three years, he was back for his biggest win yet.
Asked if he thought he’d be back again, Finley shrugged his shoulders and smiled, saying, “Probably!”
Pick 3 is a Nebraska exclusive Lotto game that offers players a chance to win between $1 and $600. The odds of winning $600 are 1 in 1,000 while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 4.12.
