Fabiola Mendoza of Papillion won $25,000 playing 25th Anniversary Silver Multiplier from the Nebraska Lottery.
Mendoza bought the winning ticket at Supermercado Nuestra Familia at 3548 Q Street in Omaha.
While claiming her prize, Mendoza said that she went shopping and thought “Maybe today is my lucky day.” She said she’ll probably use the money to pay bills.
As a $20 scratch game, 25th Anniversary Silver Multiplier offers players a chance to win prizes from $20 to $25,000. The chances of winning $25,000 are one in 21,000 and odds of winning any prize are one in 2.76.
