Notice of Public Hearing

Pursuant to NEB. REV. STAT. sections 9-819 and 9-823, notice is hereby given of a public hearing before a designee of the Tax Commissioner on Thursday, August 17, 2017, at the Nebraska State Office Building, Lower Level Room B, 301 Centennial Mall South, Lincoln, Nebraska, beginning at 10:00 a.m.  The hearing will be to adopt and promulgate regulations pursuant to the State Lottery Act to offer the Lucky for Life multi-jurisdictional lotto game.

An opportunity to testify will be afforded to all members of the public in attendance.  Any interested person may also submit a written statement to Mr. Hendry at the above address.  Written statements must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on August 16, 2017.
