Hickman Man Wins $7,000 Playing Quick 7s
Quinn Murphy of Hickman won $7,000 playing Quick 7s from the Nebraska Lottery.
The winning ticket was purchased at U-Stop, 18940 S. 68th St. in Hickman.
Murphy told lottery officials that he had stopped at the convenience store to pick-up drinks and snacks for his kids and used the dollar he had leftover to buy the winning ticket. “It blows me away. How’s the even possible?” he said. “Out of all the tickets, I picked that one and it happened to be the winner.”
Murphy plans to use the money to for a combination of bills and fun.
