Arlington Man Wins $140,000 Playing Nebraska Pick 5
Gregory Rosholm of Arlington won a total of $140,000 playing Nebraska Pick 5 from the Nebraska Lottery.
Rosholm purchased his winning ticket at Casey’s General Store, 725 W Elkhorn in Arlington. The five-play ticket contained one play with the winning numbers 6, 10, 22, 26, and 28 from the December 28 drawing for the $140,000 jackpot.
Rosholm told lottery officials that he purchased the ticket the evening of December 28 and had not checked the numbers until the following morning when his wife had asked if he had seen the winning ticket was purchased in Arlington. He checked the numbers.
“We got it,” he said. “That’s not something that happens every day.”
Rosholm plans to share the money with his brother and pay bills.
