Loup City Woman Wins $22,000 Playing 2by2
Dawn Neville of Loup City won $22,000 playing 2by2 from the Nebraska Lottery.
Neville received her winning ticket as a prize from a previous 2by2 ticket redeemed at Pump & Pantry #3 at 2511 North Diers in Grand Island. The quick pick ticket contained the winning Red ball numbers (06, 14) and White ball numbers (22, 25) from the June 27 drawing for $22,000.
While claiming her prize on June 29, Neville told Lottery officials that she learned she had won the morning after the drawing when she checked the Lottery website, nelottery.com. “It certainly livened up our morning coffee,” said Neville. She plans to buy a new grill for her husband’s truck then save the rest of the prize money for the future.
Two hundred and forty Nebraska Lottery players have won the 2by2 top prize to date. The odds of winning the top prize are 1 in 105,625. The overall odds of winning any prize in 2by2, which is also offered in Kansas and North Dakota, are 1 in 3.59.
