$10,000 Powerball Prize for Lincoln Man

January 10, 2014 – Jacob Roberts of Lincoln recently won $10,000 playing Powerball from the Nebraska Lottery.

There were more than 12,500 Nebraska Lottery winners in the Wednesday, December 11, 2013, drawings. Among these winners was Roberts, who purchased his winning ticket at U-Stop, 8231 O Street in Lincoln. The quick-pick ticket contained one play with four of the five winning white ball numbers (1, 10, 13, 18, 19) and the Powerball number (27) from the December 11 drawing for $10,000.

Four hundred and forty-three Nebraska Lottery players have won the $10,000 Powerball prize to date. The odds of winning $10,000 playing Powerball are 1 in 648,975, and the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 31.8.
