September 23, 2009 – Leonard Kerkman of Clearwater won $1,500 playing the $15 Scratch game $150,000 High Stakes from the Nebraska Lottery.

Kerkman purchased his winning $150,000 High Stakes ticket at PDQ Shoppe, 100 West Highway 275 in Tilden. The ticket contained matching numbers in Game 5 for $1,500.
