Nebraska Lottery Launches New $15 Scratch Game

15th Anniversary SpectacularFebruary 8, 2008 – On September 11, 1993, the Nebraska Lottery sold its first $1 Scratch game, Nebraska Match Three. To celebrate its 15th Anniversary, the Nebraska Lottery is releasing a new $15 Scratch game, 15th Anniversary Spectacular.

15th Anniversary Spectacular is a limited edition game that will be available for purchase during the Nebraska Lottery’s anniversary year. Featuring an extended play style with eight games on one ticket, 15th Anniversary Spectacular offers players the chance to win one of two $150,000 top prizes. Additionally, there is a total of $3,942,500 in cash prizes available in the game.

15th Anniversary Spectacular is now available at Nebraska Lottery retailers. The odds of winning the $150,000 top prize in 15th Anniversary Spectacular are 1 in 180,000 while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 2.97.

Along with the 15th Anniversary Spectacular Scratch game, the Nebraska Lottery is celebrating its 15th Anniversary with three second chance contests. In the first 15 Years of Fun promotion, players submit a single, non-winning $5 Nebraska Pick 5 ticket for a chance to win $5,000. A Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Wednesday May, 7 2008 to select one winner of $5,000. Entries will be accepted via mail or online at nelottery.com until Tuesday, May 6, 2008.

Two additional 15 Years of Fun promotions for Powerball and Scratch games will launch in June and October 2008.
