$20,000 2by2 Prize for Lincoln Woman
June 5, 2007 – Jennifer Watson-Williams of Lincoln recently won $20,000 playing 2by2 from the Nebraska Lottery.
Watson-Williams purchased her winning 2by2 ticket for the June 2 draw at U-Stop, 5600 South 56th Street in Lincoln. The quick-pick ticket contained one play with the winning red ball numbers 18, 25 and white ball numbers 3, 22 for the $20,000 top prize. One hundred and thirty one Nebraska Lottery players have won the $20,000 top prize in 2by2 to date.
While claiming her prize, Watson-Williams told Nebraska Lottery officials that she was “surprised” to learn that she had won $20,000. She learned of her win after checking the winning numbers on the Nebraska Lottery web site, nelottery.com. Watson-Williams plans to use her winnings to help pay off her mortgage.
2by2 is run by the Multi-State Lottery Association and was introduced in June 2002. Players in Kansas, Nebraska and North Dakota have the opportunity to win up to $20,000 Monday through Saturday by playing 2by2. The odds of winning the $20,000 2by2 top prize are 1 in 105,625, while the overall odds are 1 in 3.59.
