PROMOTION RULESOverview1.Nebraska Lottery MVP Club members will receive one contest entry for each serial number entered from a non-winning Nebraska 2by2 ticket submitted on www.nelottery.com between 12:00:00 a.m. (CT) on June 1, 2006 and 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on June 30, 2006.2.Entry requires submission of the 25-digit serial number from a non-winning Nebraska 2by2 ticket purchased during the promotional period. Submitted contest entries must be received on www.nelottery.com no later than 11:59:59 p.m. (CT) on June 30, 2006 to qualify for this promotion.3.A drawing will be held on July 5, 2006 to select one (1) Grand Prize winner and one (1) Second Prize winner as detailed below. A computer-generated random number generator selection program will be used to draw the winning entries. The drawing will occur at Nebraska Lottery headquarters in Lincoln, Nebraska. The scheduled drawing date is subject to change without notice from that advertised. Prizes 4.The following prizes will be awarded:(a) One Grand Prize WinnerOne (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Nebraska v. USC college football game trip package which includes hotel accommodations for two persons for two nights, round-trip airfare for two, two Nebraska v. USC football game tickets, hotel transportation to and from the game, and $500 cash for use to help cover meals and other trip-related activities. The football game will be played on September 16, 2006 in Los Angeles, California. (b) One Second Prize WinnerOne (1) Second Prize winner will receive $1,000.How to Enter5.To enter, a player must log in with his or her MVP Club membership on www.nelottery.com and submit the serial number from a non-winning Nebraska 2by2 lottery ticket. 6.A player may enter multiple times by entering more than one non-winning Nebraska 2by2 ticket. However, a player may enter each non-winning Nebraska 2by2 ticket only once. 7.Complete game odds and prize information for the featured Nebraska 2by2 lottery game can be found under the Games link in the left-hand navigation area on www.nelottery.com. Ticket Availability and Contest Terms8.The featured Nebraska 2by2 game is available at Nebraska Lottery retailers statewide, and may be purchased by any player who is 19 years of age or older. 9.Only entries submitted by MVP Club members through www.nelottery.com and containing complete and valid information will be eligible for this contest promotion. The ticket numbers submitted on entries drawn will be checked for authenticity, and entries drawn which do not have valid ticket numbers will be eliminated and new entries will be drawn in their place.10.The actual tickets from which ticket numbers are submitted may be required for contest prize verification, and should therefore be retained until after the contest has ended and all prizes have been awarded.11.Entries which are lost, late, illegible, incomplete, misdirected or incompletely received --- including by reason of technical malfunction, network congestion or system incompatibility --- are not eligible. 12.Information provided by MVP Club members will be kept confidential and will be used solely by or on behalf of the Nebraska Lottery and will not be shared with or sold to outside parties. 13.The Nebraska Lottery will notify contest winners. The identity of contest winners is public information according to Lottery regulations, and will be posted on the Nebraska Lottery website and may be publicized by other means including, but not limited to, news releases and articles in the Nebraska Lottery players magazine and retailer newsletter. 14.Cash prizes awarded in this and any other contest promotion conducted by the Nebraska Lottery are taxable income and may be reported for tax purposes. As with all prizes of more than $500 in value, winners will be checked for back taxes and child support in accordance with Nebraska law. Prizes of $5,000 or more will automatically have state and federal income tax of 5 percent and 25 percent, respectively, withheld in accordance with state and federal law. For this promotion, state and federal withholding taxes for the Grand Prize award will be paid by the Nebraska Lottery. 15.Hotel accommodations, airline tickets, game tickets, and other trip arrangements for the Grand Prize will be provided by Pinnacle Sports in association with the Nebraska Lottery. 16.Prizes won through this web promotion are not assignable and, unless otherwise stated in contest rules may not be transferred except by judicial order. 17.Players must be at least 19 years of age to enter this contest promotion or to buy and redeem Nebraska Lottery tickets. Employees of the Nebraska Lottery and its contractors, subcontractors, and their immediate family members residing in the same household are ineligible to participate.18.Membership in the Nebraska Lottery MVP Club entitles one to receive information concerning Nebraska Lottery products and promotions according to stated preferences.
