Bellevue Man Wins $5,000 Playing Lucky Summer ’13 Rubies

August 28, 2013 – Mark Pettit of Bellevue won $5,000 playing the $1 Scratch game Lucky Summer ‘13 Rubies from the Nebraska Lottery.

Pettit purchased his winning Lucky Summer ’13 Rubies ticket at Bucky’s Express, 2765 South 13^th Street in Omaha. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching numbers with a corresponding prize of $5,000.

There were three $5,000 top prizes available in Lucky Summer ’13 Rubies. Pettit was the second person to claim a top prize in the game.
