Submit any eligible, non-winning $5 Wheel of Fortune® Scratch ticket (game number 1294). Tickets can be entered until 11:59 p.m. CT on July 30th, 2024. Entry tickets are required for contest prize verification and should be retained until the contest has ended and the prize has been awarded. A winner who cannot provide their entry ticket for verification will be disqualified.

Scratch ticket contests require the entry of the ticket serial number from the back of the ticket and the four boxed digits under the latex on the front of the ticket. Be sure to enter dashes in the contest form.
