Q: My password is not being accepted when I try to log in. What should I do?
A: Your password is case sensitive, so you must type it exactly the way you did when you registered. If you have not registered for the Nebraska Lottery MVP Club, you must do so before you can log in and submit entries. To register, click here and follow the instructions.

Q: What should I do if I encounter a problem at the Nebraska Lottery Promotional Second Chance Drawing Website?
A: Please email us to let us know the problem. We will assist you via return email. The more details you can provide about your problem, the better chance we will have of quickly working through the problem.

Questions about Entries and Tickets

Q: Can I enter the The Voice® Second-Chance Drawing more than one time?
A: Yes, you may enter the drawing as many times as you wish. Each entry requires the submission of an eligible non-winning $3 The Voice® Scratch ticket (Game NE-993) that has not yet been submitted.

Q: Can I win more than one prize?
A: Yes, winners of Early Bird drawings will still be eligible for the prizes drawn in the final drawing.

Q: How can I be sure that my internet entry has been submitted?
A: When you submit your entry, a notice stating that your entry has been accepted will appear at the top of the page. If you see this notice, rest assured that it has been submitted successfully. You can also confirm your entries by viewing the MY ENTRIES page. If you are not logged in to the Nebraska Lottery MVP Club, you will be asked to log in before you can view your entries.

Q: After I have entered a non-winning ticket into The Voice Second Chance Promotion, do I need to keep my ticket?
A: Yes, once you have successfully entered your non-winning ticket, please retain it until after the drawings are complete and all winners have been announced. Entered tickets are required for verification.

Q: May I enter a ticket on the internet and then mail it in as an entry, too?
A: No, this promotion will only accept entries via the internet. Any tickets that are mailed in or hand delivered will be disqualified.

Q: What happens if I submit my entry after the deadline for the drawings?
A: After the final drawing, the website will not allow you to submit any further entries.

Q: When are the cut-off dates for the drawings and how many drawings will be held?
A: There will be four (4) drawings. The drawing dates and entry periods are listed below.

Q: What are my chances of winning a prize in the Nebraska Lottery The Voice Second Chance Promotion?
A: Your odds of winning will vary based on the total number of entries that are received for a drawing, and the total number of entries that you have submitted.

Q: How do I find out if I am a winner?
A: The Nebraska Lottery will notify all winners by phone to provide information on claiming their prize. Winners' names and hometowns are posted on the Nebraska Lottery The Voice Second Chance Promotion website following the validation of the winners.

Q: If I am selected as a VIP trip winner, when can I take my trip?
A: Congratulations! The VIP trip to Las Vegas and Los Angeles is currently scheduled to take place in May 2019.*

Q: Why does it take so long to post the winners list?
A: After the drawing takes place, the winning entry tickets need to be reviewed and verified for eligibility. The winners' information data is entered and certified by the Nebraska Lottery before posting on the website.

Q: How are winners selected?
A: Winners are randomly selected from all internet entries received for each drawing. Drawings are held at Nebraska Lottery headquarters in Lincoln.
