Video Feedback Survey

Thank you for completing our Summer Season Research Survey between August 10 and September 6. You have been randomly selected for another chance to share your thoughts with us and receive $20 in Scratch eCoupons by completing a short survey.

In this survey, you will be asked to record a 20-50 second video of yourself answering four questions about Nebraska Lottery games. The survey can be completed on your smartphone, tablet, or computer equipped with a webcam.
