Nebraska Lottery MVP Club members will receive one contest entry for completing a survey at nelottery.com by the deadline on January 2, 2018.* A drawing will be held by the Nebraska Lottery on Wednesday, January 3*, to select winners:

• First Prize: $1,000 in cash, and $150 in assorted Nebraska Lottery Lotto and Scratch coupons;
• Second Prize: $500 in cash, and $150 in Nebraska Lottery Lotto and Scratch coupons; and
• Third Prize: $250 in cash, and $150 in Nebraska Lottery Lotto and Scratch coupons.
