2026 Annual Report Available

By November 1 of each year, the Nebraska Lottery is required by law to deliver its written annual report to the Governor and the Legislature. The report is a public record.

The 2025 Annual Report and Resource Guide (for the fiscal year that began on July 1, 2024, and ended on June 30, 2025) contains several notable highlights.

Activity Summary of the Division

Notable highlights from fiscal year 2026 included the launch of the Nebraska Pick 4 and Millionaire for Life™ Lotto games, the launch of successful Scratch games Buffalo Blitz and Pony Payout, and World Lottery Association Level 2 Responsible Gaming recertification.

Total Sales

Sales of all Nebraska Lottery games (Scratch and Lotto) for the fiscal year totaled $199.4 million.

Beneficiary Fund Contributions

Proceeds transferred to the beneficiary funds during the fiscal year were $50 million.
