Kearney Man Wins $100,000 Playing Big Money
Donald Ingram of Kearney won $100,000 playing the $10 Scratch game Big Money from the Nebraska Lottery.
Ingram purchased his winning Big Money ticket at Pump & Pantry, 1616 South 2nd Street in Kearney. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching numbers with a corresponding prize of $100,000.
There were three $100,000 top prizes available in Big Money. Ingram was the third person to claim a top prize in the game. He plans to save his winnings for the future.
Big Money was a $10 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery that offered players the chance to win $2.1 million in cash prizes from $10 to $100,000. The odds of winning the top prize in Big Money were 1 in 100,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize were 1 in 2.75.
