$5,000 MyDaY Prize for Lincoln Man

December 6, 2013 – Dustin Clark of Lincoln recently won $5,000 playing MyDaY from the Nebraska Lottery.

There were more than 11,500 Nebraska Lottery winners in the Wednesday, November 27 drawings. Among these winners was Clark, who purchased his winning MyDaY ticket at Kwik Shop, 4400 Cornhusker Highway in Lincoln. The three-play ticket contained one play with the winning Month (6), winning Day (15), and winning Year (82) from the November 27 drawing for the $5,000 top prize.

Three hundred and fourteen Nebraska Lottery players have won the MyDaY top prize to date.

While claiming his prize on December 2, Clark told Nebraska Lottery officials that he was “very surprised” to win the MyDaY top prize. He learned he had won after visiting the Nebraska Lottery web site, nelottery.com. “I couldn’t believe I had won,” said Clark. “I had to double-check the winning numbers a few times.” He plans to pay bills using his winnings.

MyDaY is a Nebraska Lottery Lotto game with a calendar theme. Players can win up to $5,000 by choosing a six-digit date for each $1 MyDaY play. The odds of winning the $5,000 top prize in MyDaY are 1 in 36,525, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.17.
