With the introduction of the new game 10 Times Lucky, the second chance contest for $10 Scratch games will begin offering quarterly second chance drawings for cash and merchandise prizes. The final drawing for the $10 Scratch Game Second Chance contest was held on May 14, 2008.

Each $10 ticket is designed as a self-mailer postcard. Players simply need to complete the return mailing address information on the back of the ticket, affix First Class postage, and mail the ticket to the Nebraska Lottery.

Beyond submitting entries by mail, Nebraska Lottery MVP Club members can enter the $10 Scratch game second chance contest online through the Nebraska Lottery website, www.nelottery.com, and submitting the serial number from the back of a non-winning $250,000 Lucky Day ticket.

Each entry consists of one $10 eligible non-winning Nebraska Lottery Scratch ticket entered by mail or one $10 eligible non-winning Nebraska Lottery Scratch ticket entered by website submission. Each entry is valid for one quarterly drawing. MVP Club members who enter online must present the non-winning ticket to the Nebraska Lottery in order to claim any 2nd chance prize.
