Lincoln Man Wins $75,000 Playing $3,000,000 Cash Bonanza

February 3, 2010 – Charles Wilson of Lincoln won $75,000 playing the $15 Scratch game $3,000,000 Cash Bonanza from the Nebraska Lottery.

Wilson purchased his winning Cash Bonanza ticket at The Still, 6820 South 70th Street in Lincoln. Scratching the ticket, he revealed a $75,000 prize amount in the Instant Bonus box for $75,000.

There are three $75,000 top prizes available in $3,000,000 Cash Bonanza. Wilson is the second person to claim a top prize to date.

While claiming his prize on January 25, Wilson told Nebraska Lottery officials that at first he thought he had won $100. He stated that “it was a big surprise” to win $75,000. Wilson plans to save his winnings for the future.
