As one of our valued customers, we wanted to take a moment to let you know about an issue with a recent Scratch game, Holiday Bonus Bucks.

On Monday, September 24, we released the $5 Scratch game Holiday Bonus Bucks. Shortly after the game went on sale, we learned of a programming error that affected the game.

All Scratch tickets are programmed with a set number of prizes. However, due to the error, winning combinations of symbols were printed on Holiday Bonus Bucks tickets that do not match the predetermined result.

We immediately deactivated Holiday Bonus Bucks on the 24th and recalled all unsold tickets from retailers. If you purchased a Holiday Bonus Bucks ticket, we ask that you fill out the information on the back of the ticket and mail it to the Prize Claim address shown on the back so it can be checked for prizes.

A new $5 holiday Scratch game will be available in mid-October. When the new game arrives, it will be added as an eligible game for the 12 Draws to Christmas Second-Chance Promotion.

We know that you look to us for exciting games and the chance to win great prizes. We also understand the disappointment this game is caused. That’s why we’re going to try to make this up to our players as soon as possible. Our website will be continually updated as new information on this issue is available.
