The Nebraska Lottery truly appreciates the opinions of our players. That's why MVP Club members can win prizes just for completing a short web survey.

Players participating in the survey will view prizes for $2 Scratch games. Information and opinions offered will help create better games and promotions for our players. This survey will take at least 25 minutes to complete.

Nebraska Lottery MVP Club members will receive one contest entry for completing a survey at nelottery.com by the deadline on August 16. A drawing will be held by the Nebraska Lottery on Monday, August 17, to select winners.

• First Prize: Winner’s choice of three (3) packs of Nebraska Lottery Scratch tickets (a $900 value);
• Second Prize: Winner’s choice of two (2) packs of Nebraska Lottery Scratch tickets(a $600 value); and
• Third Prize: Winner’s choice of one (1) pack of Nebraska Lottery Scratch tickets (a $300 value).

Do you have a passion for Nebraska football? Buy a Nebraska Pick 5 ticket and you could win season skybox tickets and other great prizes in the Pick 5 Pigskin Mania promotion.

Through August 16, every Nebraska Pick 5 purchase of $5 or more on a single ticket will generate a voucher. There will be a seven-digit Prize Voucher Number on the voucher. Players submit the Prize Voucher Number using their MVP Club membership at nelottery.com for one entry.

Multiple voucher numbers can be produced depending on the amount of the Nebraska Pick 5 ticket purchase. For example, purchases between $5 and $9 on the same ticket will receive one voucher number, and purchases between $10 and $14 on the same ticket will receive two voucher numbers. Entries will be accepted until August 18 at 11:59 p.m.

One drawing will be held on August 19 to select 10 winners:

• One (1) Grand Prize – Season Skybox Tickets for two (2) for the 2015 University of Nebraska football season and $1,008 in cash;
• Four (4) Second Prizes – Season Tickets for two (2) for the 2015 University of Nebraska football season and $1,000 in cash; and
• Five (5) Third Prizes – Single Game Tickets for two (2) for the Nebraska vs. Northwestern football game on October 24, 2015, and $250 in cash.
