Russell McGinnis of Axtell won $10,000 playing Nebraska Lottery’s 10X the Money Scratch game.
McGinnis purchased his winning Scratch ticket at Apple Market, 7 West 25th Street in Kearney. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching numbers with a corresponding prize of $10,000.
There are twenty $10,000 top prizes in 10X the Money. McGinnis is the 16th player to win a top prize to date.
10X the Money is a $10 Scratch game that offers players the chance to win $1.6 million in cash prizes from $10 to $10,000. The odds of winning the $10,000 top prize are 1 in 120,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.72.
