Parham purchased his winning 10X the Money ticket at Fast Break, 1648 South Street in Lincoln. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching numbers in each of the 20 rows on the ticket for a total prize of $10,000.

There are twenty $10,000 top prizes available in 10X the Money. Parham is the sixth person to claim a top prize to date. He plans to pay bills using his winnings.
