Claim Processing Affected by Outage Wednesday

May 14, 2014 - Phone and network connectivity for Nebraska Lottery offices will be disrupted this afternoon due to an equipment failure. Because of this issue, no lottery claims will be processed at Nebraska Lottery headquarters or any of the Regional Claim Centers. This outage does not affect the retailer terminal network, so prizes under $500 may still be claimed at lottery retailers. We apologize for the inconvenience.
