Bellevue Man Wins $25,000 Playing Sugar Cookies

February 17, 2012– Blake Enos of Bellevue won $25,000 playing the $3 Scratch game Sugar Cookies from the Nebraska Lottery.

Enos purchased his winning Sugar Cookies ticket at Kwik Shop, 602 Galvin Road in Bellevue. Scratching the ticket, he revealed matching dollar amounts for a corresponding prize of $25,000.

There are three $25,000 top prizes available in Sugar Cookies. Enos is the second person to claim a top prize to date.

While claiming his prize on January 26, Enos told Nebraska Lottery officials that he did realize he had won the $25,000 top prize at first. “I thought I hadn’t won anything,” said Enos. He plans to purchase a car using his winnings.

Sugar Cookies is a $3 Scratch game from the Nebraska Lottery that offers players the chance to win $708,000 in cash prizes from $3 to $25,000. The odds of winning the $25,000 top prize in Sugar Cookies are 1 in 120,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.49.
