Omaha Man Wins $35,000 Bonus Crossword Prize

February 25, 2010 – Dominic Settjc of Omaha won $35,000 playing the $3 Scratch game Bonus Crossword from the Nebraska Lottery.

Settjc purchased his winning Bonus Crossword ticket at Tobacco & Phones 4 Less, 7210 Harrison Street in Omaha. Scratching the ticket, he revealed 10 complete words for the $35,000 top prize.

There are three $35,000 top prizes available in Bonus Crossword. Settjc is the first person to claim a Bonus Crossword top prize in this edition of the game.

While claiming his prize on February 22, Settjc told Nebraska Lottery officials that he was “happy” to win the $35,000 top prize. “I didn’t believe it at first,” he said. Settjc plans to pay bills using his winnings.
