One Chopper Remains in Nebraska Lottery OCC™ Scratch Game

Last Day to Claim Winning Tickets is May 20, 2008

OCC ticketMay 8, 2008 – One custom motorcycle remains in the Nebraska Lottery Orange County Choppers™ Scratch game. The game has closed, and holders of winning tickets have until May 20, 2008, to claim prizes.

Introduced in March 2007, the $2 Orange County Choppers™ Scratch game featured OCC™ founder Paul Teutul, Sr. and sons Paul Jr. and Mikey, well-known personalities featured in the TLC television series American Chopper. Players had the opportunity to win one of two custom OCC™ motorcycles signed by the Teutuls that feature a design exclusive to Nebraska.

Nebraska Lottery Scratch tickets are valid for 180 days after the game closing date. The OCC™ Scratch game began the closing process on November 22, 2007, and tickets from the game must be redeemed by May 20, 2008. Players with OCC™ Scratch tickets are encouraged to check their tickets at a Nebraska Lottery retailer or contact the Nebraska Lottery at 402-471-6100. If the motorcycle winning ticket expires, then the motorcycle prize will be used in a future Nebraska Lottery promotion.

OCC BikeJoel Sedlacek of Omaha won the first top prize motorcycle and was presented with his custom chopper on May 14, 2007. The motorcycle prize is valued at $87,857, which includes $1,300 for costs associated with ownership and state and federal withholding paid by the Nebraska Lottery of $4,393 and $21,964, respectively. The odds of winning the Orange County Choppers™ top prize motorcycle are 1 in 300,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are in 1 in 3.86.
