Humphrey Man Wins $1,000 Playing 3D Tic Tac Toe

April 18, 2008 – Casanova Amrosio won $1,000 playing the $3 Scratch game 3D Tic Tac Toe from the Nebraska Lottery.

Amrosio purchased his winning 3D Tic Tac Toe ticket at Merchant's C-Store, 400 East Norfolk Avenue in Norfolk. The ticket contained three matching symbols for the $1,000 prize. There are three $1,000 prizes available in 3D Tic Tac Toe. Amrosio is the third person to claim a $1,000 prize to date.
