How the Contest Works

Between March 17 and June 9, players who send in one (1) non-winning $2 Harley-Davidson (Game# 492) Scratch ticket will be entered for a chance to win a 2008 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail® Classic motorcycle.

Enter one of two ways:

1. Mail:

  • Collect a single, non-winning $2 Nebraska Lottery Harley-Davidson Scratch ticket, complete the ticket back and send to: Harley-Davidson Second Chance Giveaway, Nebraska Lottery, P.O. Box 98906, Lincoln, NE 68509-8906.

  • Each entry of a single, non-winning $2 Harley-Davidson Scratch ticket must be in a separate sealed envelope. All entries with more than one eligible non-winning Harley-Davidson Scratch ticket will be considered as one entry.

  • Multiple entries may be mailed together in a larger envelope, provided that each individual entry envelope includes a single eligible non-winning $2 Harley-Davidson Scratch ticket. Entries must be placed in a sealed envelope with the back of each ticket completely filled out, and the larger envelope must be clearly marked “Multiple Entries Enclosed”. Envelopes containing multiple entries but not marked “Multiple Entries Enclosed” will not be opened so that their contents may be entered individually in the drawing.

2. On-line

  • Serial number exampleMVP Club members may enter their tickets online by logging into the MVP Club through www.nelottery.com and entering the 12-digit ticket serial number and box code from non-winning $2 Nebraska Lottery Harley-Davidson Scratch tickets. Players must keep entered tickets for verification.

  • The 12-digit ticket serial number (XXX-XXXXXX-XXX) is located above the bar code on the back of the ticket. The boxed 3-digit number is located under the latex on the front of the ticket.

Drawings

Three preliminary drawings will be held to select a total of 15 semi-finalists who will compete for cash prizes and a 2008 Harley-Davidson motorcycle during the Grand Prize Drawing. Five semi-finalists will be chosen from each preliminary drawing. The preliminary drawing dates are April 8, May 6 and June 10, 2008. Entries are eligible for one drawing only, but players can enter as often as they like. Entries must be received prior to 5:00 p.m. (C.T.) the day before a drawing to be eligible for the next day’s drawing.

Players may not simultaneously enter the same tickets twice through both the website and the mail.

A Grand Prize Drawing will be held at Frontier Harley-Davidson on Saturday June 14, 2008, in Lincoln, Nebraska. The Grand Prize winner will win a 2008 Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail® Classic motorcycle. Four (4) second place winners will each win $1,000. All semi-finalists will receive prize packages that include merchandise from Harley-Davidson and the Nebraska Lottery.
