The Nebraska Lottery is celebrating 15 Years of Fun and wants you to join in on the excitement! Show us the fun you are having throughout the state this summer by sending us your photos of fun times! From festivals, fairs, road trips and just hanging out, Nebraskans sure know how to have fun. And now, we are giving you a chance to send us your digital photo fun for a chance to win great Nebraska Lottery prizes!

About the Contest

From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend, make sure to keep your camera handy to capture your favorite sights, locations, events and people. Then, email your photos to us at photos@nelottery.com. Each week we will showcase some of the selected snaps at www.nelottery.com/photos. We will also feature our five favorite photos of each week on the web site and we will send those original photographers an exclusive Nebraska Lottery prize Pack!

Don't feel limited, but please maintain a level of propriety - this is a family show, after all- and send us your best and favorite photos throughout the summer. *HINT* including Nebraska Lottery games, logos, ads, and/or billboards will earn major brownie points with the judges!

And, if you need more motivation, here are some suggested topics of the week:

• May 26 - June 1: Include anything regarding the Nebraska Lottery in your photo.
• June 2 - 8: Send us an All Red photo.
• June 9 - 15: Include a Motorcycle and/or a Flag in your photo.
• June 16 - 22: Include a Notable Nebraska Location in your photo.
• June 23 - 29: Send us your BBQ Photos.
• June 30 - July 6: Show us how you celebrated Independence Day or a Picnic.
• July 7 - 13: Include Outdoor Activities in your photo.
• July 14 - 20: Send us photos of the Fairs or Street Dances you attended, or the Food you ate.
• July 21 - 27: Show us what you did at your Family Reunion.
• July 28 - Aug. 4: Send us a photo with Water in it.
• August 5 - 10: Include Livestock or Animals of some sort in your photo.
• August 11 - 17: Send us a photo showcasing Automobiles or Travel.
• August 18 - 24: WILD WEEK - send us a photo with anything you like in it.
• August 25 - 31: Send us photos of your Fun at the Nebraska State Fair.
• September 1 - 7: Send us the photo that best depicts the most fun you had all summer!

Include these clues into your photos and have a better chance at winning that exclusive Lottery prize pack!

Submit a Photo

Photos can be submitted from 12:00:00 am on Monday through 11:59:59 pm on Sunday of each week. A panel of Nebraska Lottery staff members will judge the weekly entries and select up to five prize winners. Winners will be announced the following Tuesday of each week's submissions. Any photos submitted after 11:59:59 pm on Sunday of each week will be included into the photo pool of the following week. The contest ends on September 7.

Photographers can win multiple times throughout the summer, but cannot win more than once per week - hey, we want to give everyone a chance!

Please attach only one photo at a time, and include the following information in your email:

Mailing Address
Daytime Phone Number
Birth Date (must be at least 19 to participate)

Also include a brief description of your photo, when and why you took it. Please include the names of all primary subjects (individuals) in the photo, and confirm to us that all primary subjects have consented to have their picture displayed for this promotion. Background subjects do not need to be verified, so long as they are not readily identifiable. The phototgrapher's name will be listed with all photo displays, but other names will not be included in the caption. Graphically enhanced photos are okay, but copies or adaptations of copyrighted or previously printed work are unacceptable.

Other photo no-no's include, but are not limited to: vulgar photos, nude photos, photos depicting use of achohol, tobacco or drugs, photos of minors, or photos with a political candidate or campaign event.

Only digital photos mailed to photos@nelottery.com will be accepted for this contest. Photos may not be larger than 1MB. Nebraska Lottery staff will ultimately determine if photos are unacceptable. The Lottery is not obligated to display all photos received. Once you submit your photos, they become full property of the Nebraska Lottery and may be used publicly without further compensation to the photographer. Incomplete or illegible entries may be disqualified from the contest.
