CONTINUOUS FEEDBACK SURVEY
The Nebraska Lottery utilizes a web-based survey system to continually gather customer
feedback. The project is similar to surveys sometimes seen on receipts from national
chain restaurants or retail stores.
A message printed on the front of each Nebraska Lottery Lotto ticket invites players
to give their input on a variety of topics. There is no obligation to take the survey,
but those who visit the Nebraska Lottery web site, nelottery.com/opinion, and complete
the survey will be entered into a monthly prize drawing for $500.
