Nebraska Lottery February Update

HARLEY-DAVIDSON® SCRATCH GAME & SECOND-CHANCE GIVEAWAY

The Nebraska Lottery has launched a new $5 Scratch game based on one of the most recognized motorcycle brands in America: Harley-Davidson®.

The Harley-Davidson Scratch game features three top prizes of $25,000 and 20 chances to win on every ticket. Players can win a total of $966,000 in cash prizes from $5 to $25,000.

Additionally, MVP Club members at nelottery.com can win one of two 2011 Harley-Davidson Fat Boy® motorcycles via an online second-chance contest. Ten semifinalists will be selected in March and June to compete in the Grand Prize drawing on Saturday, June 11, 2011, during the Lincoln Saltdogs baseball game. A special QR code (right) on the back of each Harley-Davidson ticket can be scanned with a compatible smartphone to instantly view the contest information page at nelottery.com.

The odds of winning the $25,000 top prize playing the Harley-Davidson Scratch game are 1 in 100,000, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 3.57.

NEBRASKA PICK 5 DOUBLER

A $236,000 Pick 5 double jackpot was won on February 7, so the Nebraska Pick 5 Jackpot Doubler promotion will end on Monday, February 28.

The Jackpot Doubler promotion doubles the Nebraska Pick 5 jackpot each time it is won during the month of February. If a player correctly picks all 5 out of 5 numbers for a draw during the promotion, the winner would receive double the amount of the advertised jackpot. For example, if the advertised jackpot is $90,000 and all five numbers for that draw are correctly chosen, the winner would be entitled to $180,000.

Though the "doubler" aspect of the promotion only applies to the jackpot amount, the promotion will continue to apply to all drawings throughout the month, regardless of how many times the jackpot is won.
