Nebraska Lottery February Update

PALMS SECOND CHANCE TRIP DRAWING

The Palms Scratch game has entered the closing process, and entries for the Palms Second Chance Trip Drawing must be received by March 3, 2010.

If your $2 Palms Scratch ticket contains an ENTRY symbol "" in the PLAY AREA, submit the serial number and box code from the ticket online at nelottery.com for a chance to win a trip to the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas. Entries will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. (CT) on March 3, 2010.

A drawing will be held on March 4, 2010, to select one Palms Trip winner. The trip prize is valued at $6,000 (including federal and state withholding taxes) and includes:

• 4 days/3 nights accommodations in a double occupancy Junior Suite at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada;
• Coach airfare for two (2) on a major airline departing from Omaha or Lincoln, Nebraska, or another international airport in the continental United States of the winner's choice, to McCarran International Airport in Las Vegas;
• Round trip ground transfers;
• $500 spending money; and
• Two leather travel bags.

MEGA MILLIONS^® PRE-LAUNCH NTH TICKET PROMOTION

The Nebraska Lottery is launching Mega Millions, a new lotto game, on March 20, 2010. To increase awareness and excitement of this game, we are offering players the chance to receive a Buy One, Get One Free Mega Millions coupon when they make a Powerball^® purchase between the dates of March 6 and March 19, 2010.

Starting March 6 and ending on March 19, a trailer ticket will be produced on every 15th Powerball purchase across the state. The lottery terminal will sound and a trailer ticket will print following the purchased ticket each time the Nth purchase is triggered. This coupon will be redeemable between the dates of March 20 and April 30, 2010.

Only one coupon will print for every 15th transaction across the state. There is no telling where or when each 15th ticket will be purchased.
