Summer 7s Giveaway
You’ll be seeing sevens everywhere this summer with Sizzling Summer 7s Scratch games and the Summer 7s Giveaway.
How to Play:
Between May 18 and August 11, players may enter any of the following non-winning Sizzling Summer 7s tickets in the contest:
- $1 Scorching Sapphires (game number 851)*
- $2 Red Hot Rubies (game number 852)*
- $5 Fiery Diamonds (game number 853)*
* The Nebraska Lottery reserves the right to add an alternative valid promotional game(s) in case of limited or sold out/closed game inventory of the original promotional games. If a game is added as an alternative valid promotional game the Nebraska Lottery will make a public announcement on nelottery.com and send a terminal message to all retailers.
How to Enter:
- Players may enter through their MVP Club membership at nelottery.com. Entries will ONLY be accepted online through a player’s MVP Club account.
- One entry requires the serial numbers and box codes from any non-winning Sizzling Summer 7s Scratch ticket.
- Players must keep these tickets for verification.
To enter online, log in to the MVP Club then click the “Contests” button.

Drawings:
Entries will be accepted until 11:59 p.m. CT on Tuesday, August 11, 2015. There will be five (5) drawings for this promotion – four Early Bird drawings and a Semifinalist drawing. Tickets may only be entered once, but players can enter as often as they would like. An individual may be selected more than once as an Early Bird winner, but may only be selected once as a semifinalist. In addition, a player may be selected as an Early Bird winner and selected as a semifinalist, but may only be selected as a semifinalist once.

Early Bird Drawings – enter your non-winning Summer 7s Scratch tickets between May 18 and June 23 to win prizes in the four Early Bird drawings. Each ticket entered in the Early Bird drawing will be considered as one entry regardless of the price of the ticket. There will be three prizes for each Early Bird drawing for a total of 12 prizes. The prizes for each drawing are as follows:
- One (1) winner from an entry of a $1 Sizzling Summer 7s scratch ticket entry, who will win $177 cash;
- June 3 winner: Rick Chrastil of Lincoln
- June 10 winner: Linda Soukup of Lincoln
- June 17 winner: Abby Lobato of Kearney
- June 24 winner: Symantha Casteel of Grand Island
One (1) winner from an entry of a $2 Sizzling Summer 7s scratch ticket entry, who will win $277 cash; and - June 3 winner: Brian Cram of Norfolk
- June 10 winner: Bruce Benedetto of Lincoln
- June 17 winner: Jean Williams of Papillion
- June 24 winner: Christine Hobson of Nebraska City
- One (1) winner from an entry of a $5 Sizzling Summer 7s scratch ticket entry, who will win $577 in cash.
- June 3 winner: Symantha Casteel of Grand Island
- June 10 winner: Pam Baker of Lincoln
- June 17 winner: Michael Scanlan of Lincoln
- June 24 winner: Eldon Strine of Omaha
Semifinalist Drawing – all tickets entered between May 18 and August 11 will be eligible for the Semifinalist drawing on August 12, 2015. The number of entries received will be based on the price of the game entered.
- $1 Scorching Sapphires (game number 851)* = 1 Entry;
- $2 Red Hot Rubies (game number 852)* = 2 Entries; and
- $5 Fiery Diamonds (game number 853)* = 5 Entries.
Seven semifinalists will be selected to participate in the Grand Prize Drawing Event on Sunday, August 30, 2015, at the Nebraska State Fair in Grand Island.

Grand Prize Drawing Event and Prizes:
All semifinalists will be invited to attend the Grand Prize drawing to be held live on August 30, 2015, at the Nebraska State Fair in Grand Island. Prizes will range from $3,000 to $50,000. All semifinalists are guaranteed to win at least $3,000.
