$58,000 Nebraska Pick 5 Jackpot for Bellevue Woman

June 11, 2014 – Karen Langhorn of Bellevue recently won $58,000 playing Nebraska Pick 5 from the Nebraska Lottery.

There were more than 6,615 Nebraska Lottery winners in the Monday, May 26, drawings. Among these winners was Langhorn, who received a free ticket as a prize from a previous Nebraska Pick 5 play at Bucky’s Express, 3003 Samson Way in Bellevue. The ticket contained all five of the winning numbers (2, 4, 12, 29, 37) from the May 26 drawing for the $58,000 jackpot.

Three hundred and seven Nebraska Lottery players have won the Nebraska Pick 5 jackpot to date.

While claiming her prize on May 30, Langhorn told Nebraska Lottery officials that she learned she had won after checking the Nebraska Lottery website, nelottery.com. At first, she couldn’t believe she had won the $58,000 jackpot. “I kept looking at those numbers over and over, and then I called my son to double-check them,” said Langhorn. She plans to purchase a new vehicle using her winnings.
