Grand Island Man Wins $7,777 Playing Spectacular 7

February 13, 2014 – Matthew Pelster of Grand Island won $7,777 playing the $20 Scratch game Spectacular 7 from the Nebraska Lottery.

Pelster purchased his winning Spectacular 7 ticket at Pump & Pantry, 3355 West Stolley Park Road in Grand Island. Scratching the ticket, he revealed one “7” symbol for a corresponding prize of $7,000. In addition, there were two matching prize amounts in the bonus area for $700, and two matching symbols in the Instant $77 area for $77, making Pelster’s total prize $7,777.

There are 30 $7,777 prizes available in Spectacular 7. Pelster is the fourth person to claim a $7,777 prize to date.
