2010 Truck$ & Buck$ Commercial Each year, the Nebraska Lottery develops a statewide television campaign to accompany the launch of the Truck$ & Buck$ Scratch game. “Stop dreaming and start playing” is the concept for this year’s campaign. The commercial follows an animated model of the 2010 Ford F-150 XLT Super Crew 4x4 Flex Fuel prize truck as it speeds around a convenience store.
