Omaha Woman Wins $5,000 MyDaY Prize October 23, 2009 – Cheryl Bullock of Omaha recently won $5,000 playing MyDaY from the Nebraska Lottery. There were more than 7,000 Nebraska Lottery winners in the Monday, October 19, drawings. Among these winners was Bullock, who purchased a single-play MyDaY ticket at No Frills Supermarket, 8005 Blondo Street in Omaha. The ticket contained the winning Month (8), winning Day (23), and winning Year (49) from the October 19 drawing for the $5,000 top prize. Eighty-two Nebraska Lottery players have won the MyDaY top prize since the game launched on October 1, 2008. MyDaY is a new Nebraska Lottery Lotto game with a calendar theme. Players can win up to $5,000 by choosing a six-digit date for each $1 MyDaY play. The odds of winning the $5,000 top prize in MyDaY are 1 in 36,525, while the overall odds of winning any prize are 1 in 8.17. |
