October 14, 2009 – Mark Luellman of Bellevue won a total of $10,200 playing Nebraska Pick 3 from the Nebraska Lottery.

For the September 29 drawing, Luellman purchased four Nebraska Pick 3 tickets at Super Store, 7613 South 36th Street in Bellevue. Each ticket was good for six draws and contained five plays with the Straight bet type selected for each play. Three of the tickets contained the winning numbers 5, 5, 6 from the September 29 drawing in each play for a total of $3,000 on each ticket.

The fourth ticket contained one play with the winning numbers from the September 29 drawing for $600, and a second play with the winning numbers 1, 6, 8 from the September 30 drawing for a total of $1,200. Between the four tickets, Luellman’s total winnings were $10,200.

To date, over 2,751 players have won the $600 top prize in Nebraska Pick 3.

Nebraska Pick 3 was introduced in May of 2005. Nebraska Pick 3 sales have exceeded $6 million and provided more than $1 million for Nebraska Lottery beneficiary funds. The odds of winning the Nebraska Pick 3 $600 top prize are 1 in 1,000 and the odds of winning any prize vary with the bet type selected.
